Of course, they're not all winners. And you won't like everything on this list.

Why layer meats, cheese, and extras when you can chop it all up and get a little bit of everything in one bite?

That’s what TikTok creator @gulasgrub asked, and his series on chopped sandwiches is, by far, one of my faves.

    Recipe: Chopped Sandwiches

Apparently, these bad boys came from the mind of Chef Max Ng of Momof*cku Ssam Bar. But I first saw them on the clock app.

Corn ribs went viral after @spicednice made a video back in 2021. They’re crunchy, sweet, and extra tasty with a side of BBQ.

    Recipe: Corn Ribs

Did you know that baked feta pasta originated in Finland? It’s true - and its real name is uunifetapasta.

We have @liemessa to thank for this quick and easy pasta dish. And yes, it really is as good as it looks.

    Recipe: Baked Feta Pasta

Run don’t walk to the kitchen and make these feta fried eggs immediately. I’ll wait.

Are you in love? Me too.

Creator @graceelkus is really onto something here. And these are great for breakfast, brunch, or a quick and hearty snack.

If you’re wondering how and why you would ever bake sushi, just know you’re not alone. I was confused too.

First created by celebrity nail artist, Mimi Qui Reyes, this dish has had a resurgence in recent years.

And after one bite of @lizzymwong’s recipe, you’ll get it. It’s got tender rice, plenty of umami goodness, and a really nice crust on top.

    Recipe: Sushi Bake

Add an egg to some yogurt and bake it on top of toast. Is it really that easy?

    Yes, yes, it is.

I think @sweatspace was the first to post a recipe for yogurt toast, but you’ve likely seen @feelgoodfoodie’s video once or twice.

Either way, it’s like elevated French toast. And you just have to try it!

    Recipe: Custard Toast

How do you make gooey cinnamon rolls even more addictive? Drown them in heavy cream, of course.

I had a hard time finding the OG recipe and creator for this one. But @mxriyum was the first video I saw, and I love that she makes the buns from scratch!

Recipe: Cinnamon Rolls with Heavy Cream

Is it too late for a hot girl summer? How about a lukewarm lady winter?

Loaded with crunchy greens, peppery red onion, hard-boiled eggs, and zippy Italian dressing, this salad is too good to miss out on.

    Thanks, @jayrianicole

Robust coffee, boozy vodka, lots of ice, and...cheese?

We can trace this drink back to a Peruvian bartender, Carlos Ruiz. From there, Seattle bartender Jonathan Stanyard made a version.

Finally, it went viral after @highproofpreacher made a video that ended with him grating fresh Parmesan cheese over an espresso martini.

And, honestly, it’s not as bad as you think. But maybe one is enough.

    Recipe: Parmesan Espresso Martini

Does it taste exactly like cookie dough? No. Is it good enough for someone trying to cut back? Maybe.

I tried this recipe from @jakecohen and was pleasantly surprised. The texture is pretty darn close, though I added a tablespoon of brown sugar to get some crunch.

    Recipe: Cottage Cheese Cookie Dough

Stop eating sad ramen noodles in overly salty broth. This recipe is suped-up but crazy-easy to make at home.

@chefroychoi created this one. But you’ll see that most of the viral recipes call for a sauce with brown sugar, garlic, and sriracha.

I like that version better, but you do you.

Have you ever seen a recipe and thought: why didn’t I think of that?

Well, that’s this recipe. It’s just so simple! And so effective.

@lilyghodrati started the viral trend, and since, there have been countless iterations. I like the savory recipes best because, you know, cheese.

Recipe: Upside Down Puff Pastry Tarts

The next time you’re craving pancakes, you have to try this viral recipe. It’s such a fun twist on a morning classic.

@brianaarchuleta posted her husband’s creation on TikTok, and it took off like wildfire.

Just picture it: pancake spaghetti with raspberry jam and chunks of maple sausage. It’s like breakfast spaghetti bolognese!

    Recipe: Pancake Spaghetti

Confession: I only like these when I use colorful and fun-shaped pasta. Otherwise, they’re just kind of…meh.

Don’t get me wrong, I enjoyed @bostonfoodgram’s recipe. But I would rather just buy a bag of chips than boil and fry penne.

But when you use bow ties or twists? Now that’s fun!

    Recipe: Pasta Chips

Can the Kar-Jenners cook? Debatable. But this ramen is surprisingly good.

@sarahbetts says, “Sometimes eggs just randomly give me the ick.” And to be honest, it doesn’t look amazing going in here.

But trust the process because these noodles are so rich and buttery!

When I tell you I’m obsessed with smash burger tacos, just know I mean Swiftie-level obsessed.

As @themodernnonna says, these things are literally ready to eat in minutes. And all you do is smash the seasoned burger meat in a pan, then top it with a tortilla.

Food blogger Brad Prose is the genius behind the idea. And I hope he finds $20 on the floor and that he NEVER stubs his toe again.
